This 45 mins Mat based Pilates class is a mind and body journey based on Joseph Pilates Contrology. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and builds control and endurance throughout the body, emphasising better alignment, breathing, a stronger core, balance and coordination.
Please bring a mat and resistance band.

4 week course starts 28th July - 1st Sept (no classes on 18th & 25th August) book the course (fee non-refundable) or pay for individual sessions.
