This 45 mins Mat based Pilates class is a mind and body journey based on Joseph Pilates Contrology. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and builds control and endurance throughout the body, emphasising better alignment, breathing, a stronger core, balance and coordination.
Please bring a mat and resistance band.
5 week course starts 6th-27th Jan & 10th Feb (no class on 3rd Feb) - book the course (fee non-refundable) or pay for individual sessions.
