It’s all about lifestyle medicine!
➨ The 21 days is spilt into 3 weeks
➨ Each week has 5 focus days that repeat , 3 brand new 20 minute strength and core based workouts session alongside a short stretch and relaxation session to access at your leisure .
➨ Also a squat challenge to increase your lower body strength
Sessions can be live or completed in your own time and accessed as follows:
✨Monday pre recorded in Facebook group or via email
✨Wednesday 6.45am live on zoom , in Facebook group or via email
✨Friday 6.45am live on zoom , in Facebook group or via email
Focus days
✅ Colourful plate-orange , red, yellow
✅ Fibre for fullness and steps!
✅ Plant based evening meal
✅ Colourful plate- green, purple
✅ Hydration for health and close the kitchen by 7pm
Daily accountability and support through a WhatsApp group where members support each other alongside my coaching
