This 45 mins Mat based Pilates class is a mind and body journey based on Joseph Pilates Contrology. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and builds control and endurance throughout the body, emphasising better alignment, breathing, a stronger core, balance and coordination .
The use of the pilates ring, mini ball and resistance band create focused progressions for more development.
Please bring these pieces of equipment and a mat to class.
All exercises can be performed without them too
