This 45 mins Mat based Pilates class is a mind and body journey based on Joseph Pilates Contrology. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and builds control and endurance throughout the body, emphasising better alignment, breathing, a stronger core, balance and coordination. Please bring a mat and resistance band.
